Denise Cousino, LPN
Denise has been a nurse for 37 years. She began her career in nursing at St. Charles in 1974. After 20 years in the hospital, she moved into an office setting: first, in the field of internal medicine and at the present time, in urology. She completed her training in laser hair removal and began working at Bella Via in December of 2010. Denise is proud to be a part of a professional team and to provide a service that offers proven results.


Jeanette Arnsby, RN
After many years in the legal field, Jeanette went back to school and graduated from Lourdes College in December of 2006 with a BSN. She first worked on a medical/surgical floor at a local hospital, then became a public health nurse. Jeanette has been with the Toledo Lucas County Health Department since March of 2008 and is currently placed in the Sylvania School District where she provides nursing to students in grades K-12. She is excited to also now be a part of the Bella Via team as of November 2011. Jeanette believes it is a pleasure to work in beautiful surroundings with people that are helpful, fun, and knowledgeable.

Kathy Grindle, RN, CNOR
Kathy recently relocated to Ohio from southern California. She has worked in the operating room throughout her nursing career as a travel and staff nurse specializing in orthopedic, neuro, and reconstructive plastic surgery. Kathy began as a Bella Via client, and after experiencing the positive, calm, and serene spa atmosphere, joined our team as an employee in November of 2011. She believes you need to feel positive about your outward appearance in order to feel good on the inside and to promote self-confidence.
