Spa Etiquette

We respectfully request that all of our clients arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment. If you are new to the spa, this will allow you to complete a brief health and history form. For our existing clients, an early arrival allows you to begin the calming process and to fully appreciate the environment that we have carefully created for you.

In order to maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, we ask that you do not bring children with you into the spa. Also, please turn cell phones and pagers off during your visit.

If you are late for an appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your visit so that we may properly maintain our technicians' schedules. Additionally, we appreciate your observance of our 24-hour Cancellation Policy.

Please note that gratuity is not included in our menu prices, but is greatly appreciated as recognition for a job well done.

Cancellation Policy

For single services, Bella Via requires 24 hours advance cancellation notice. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled service, a credit card number will be necessary to secure future appointments. If a subsequent appointment is missed, the credit card will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.

For those who have reserved more than one service or one of our Spa Packages, Bella Via requires 24 hours advance cancellation notice to avoid any charges. Appointments for multiple services or spa packages must be secured with a credit card or gift card number. In the event of a no-show for multiple services or a spa package, the credit card will be charged for 50% of each service.
